Purchase verification records related to Google Play Billing may be retained as required by applicable laws and platform policies

Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days of verification, except where retention is legally required.

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect
information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information,
please contact support.
10. Changes to This Policy

through the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance

By accessing or using Linqo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information
One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
3. Virtual Currency (Stars)
⚠️ Important: Please Read Carefully
"Stars" are virtual currency used within the App. By purchasing Stars, you acknowledge
and agree to the following:
3.1 Nature of Stars
Stars are virtual items with no real-world monetary value
Stars cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or converted to legal currency
Stars cannot be transferred to any item of value outside the App
Stars are licensed to you, not sold
We may modify Star pricing or availability at any time
3.2 Purchase Terms
All Star purchases are processed through Google Play Billing
Purchases are final and non-refundable
Refunds may only be available through Google Play’s refund policies
We reserve the right to limit purchase amounts
3.3 Star Usage
Stars can be used to unlock premium content within the App
Stars can be used for in-app virtual interactions such as gifting reactions or highlighting content
Stars can be used for emoji reactions on channel posts
Unused Stars remain in your account unless the account is terminated
⚠️ No Cash Value: Stars have absolutely no cash value and cannot be redeemed
for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any form of payment. There is no payout,
withdrawal, or monetization system in this App.
4. Content Guidelines
You must not upload, share, or distribute content that:
Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
Includes explicit adult content or nudity
Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
Exploits or endangers minors in any way
5. Prohibited Activities
Attempting to manipulate or exploit the Star system
Creating fake accounts or transactions
Using bots or automated systems
Circumventing security measures
Claiming Stars have real-world value
Attempting to sell or trade Stars outside the App
Harassment or abuse of other users
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service,
engage in fraudulent activities, upload prohibited content, or abuse the Star system.
Note: Upon account termination, all Stars will be forfeited and no refunds
will be provided.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
We are not responsible for content uploaded by users
Star values and features may change without notice
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linqo shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits,
data, or other intangible losses.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be
notified through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the
new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Child Safety Standards (CSAE Prevention)

1. Our Commitment
Linqo is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform for all users.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Such content is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
We do not allow, support, or tolerate any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Sexual exploitation of minors
Grooming, solicitation, or trafficking involving minors
Any form of sexual content involving individuals under 18
3. Prevention & Enforcement Measures
We review and moderate reported content and user activity.
We remove content that violates our policies as quickly as possible.
We permanently suspend accounts involved in CSAE-related violations.
We may preserve relevant data when required for legal compliance.
Where legally required, we cooperate with regional and national authorities.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report content or accounts that may involve child safety concerns using in-app reporting tools
(where available) or by contacting us directly. Reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly.
